Learn how to turn the pop up blocker ON or OFF within your Google Chrome Browser. Learn how to block or allow a specific website from generating pop up windows within your Google Chrome browser. If so then perhaps you should consider changing the pop up blocker settings within your Google Chrome Browser. Pop up windows can be annoying when they are unwanted ads but sometimes they are essential when opening trusted web pages on the internet too.

Configuring your Web Browser to allow pop-ups will be different for each Web Browser. Here are some tips on learning how to configure your Web Browser to allow pop-ups on your Mac. Find the Web Browser you use and follow the instructions. Safari is an all or nothing Web Browser- either you allow all pop-ups or you allow none.

You need to decide whether in general you are going to block or allow websites from generating pop up windows. In this video i will show you how to enable or disable pop ups within your Google Chrome Browser settings. I will also show you how to block or allow individual websites from generating pop ups within your Google Chrome Browser so you can manage your pop up windows more effectively. Written Instructions: 1.) Open up your Google Chrome Browser. 2.) Click on the three black bars located at the top right corner of the screen.

3.) Click on 'Settings'. 4.) Roll to the bottom of the screen and click 'Show Advanced Settings'. 5.) Under the heading 'Privacy' click the 'Content Settings' button. The Content Settings menu window will appear. 6.) Roll down through the settings until you get to the heading 'Pop Ups'. - To allow pop ups click 'Allow all websites to show pop ups'.

The page then extends, roll slightly down and click on ‘Content Settings’, 5.) Click on the ‘Pop Ups’ option, 6.) Click the switch to change to either ‘Allow’ Or ‘Blocked’.

Please note that the Google Chrome Pop Up Blocker will get rid of most unwanted pop ups, however some pop ups are generated from malicious software like Adware, Spyware or Mailware.
