They keep telling me they are working on it. But its been almost a year now. Its such a joke when you call they don't tell you anything. • 1 ★: Got the app for my 13yr old with Asperger's to use with his ReSound Linx 62 bilateral hearing aids. Much to my chagrin, his hearing aid model are NOT EVEN SUPPORTED!!

This kid needs to be able to use some of these modes FOR SCHOOL!!! So very disappointed in this company for not covering more models than just the few. • 1 ★: I was really happy, then I had to reconnect my aids. It found them, but then when downloading the programs from them, it failed. Then it couldn't reconnect. I am now trying to reinstall the app.

I can only open it from Play Store. The app was working very well from my Galaxy S5 prior to the upgrade. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app and pairing the hearing aids again, the app seems to be working like it did pre-upgrade. • 2 ★: Got my ReSound Linx2 9 Hearing Aids because they could be used with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. After a lot of time and research, I was informed by ReSound customer service that they know there is a problem with the Smart App but they have no idea when or if it can be fixed.
