Well, the App on the other hand needs a few improvements though, not to mention the lack of a comprehensive setup instructions. BTW, if you have a very large media compilation like me, prepare for a long wait before you can access the drive again, since it will take a while to index all your media files. UPDATE: Down to 4 Stars! The firmware is still really buggy and slow, and every time I connect it to the power charger it freezes and you really have to reset the unit. UPDATE2: I finally decided returning the unit to Seagate for replacement, because of the frequent disconnection and freezing issues.
