Take, for example, Quantic Dreams Indigo Prophecy (which garnered ). The last couple of days I have not been able to use Tidal on my Sonos system whereas TuneIn radio and the Danish YouSee music service works fine. I can browse through music on Tidal, but when I try to stream something, I get the following error (translated from Danish): “Could not play - Cannot connect to Tidal because the server cannot be localised”. I have tried reconnecting to Tidal, rebooting all Sonos units and modem, and resetting units to factory settings, but to no avail.
Listening to Tidal on your PC or Mac. With most desktop streaming services rarely scaling the quality benchmark set by Tidal on PC, you can’t be blamed for wanting to get the application to work on your computer. There’s a simple way to make it happen.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
Hi, Starting sometime late last week we are now seeing the above error when trying to connect to our RDG from outside the organisation. (ver 8.0.9) The log has this line in it: [2014-Sep-15 18:42:32] RDP (0): Exception caught: Exception in file '././librdp/rpcoverhttp.cpp' at line 1986 User Message: RPC Error: (23021) Connecting from inside the organisation works fine (though it is likely that we are connecting to the RDS service directly) RDS and RDG are hosted on the same machine, and this worked fine at the beginning of last week. Co-incident, the IOS application started to give the error that the 'device didn't pass the Network Access Protection requirements' We have updated the IOS device to 8.1.3 and still have the same error.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Hi Nick, Thanks for your comment. Sorry for late response.
