Brenda8042, I like it but misses features i look for in a calendar app I read about this app on a couple of websites, so i decided to try it out. It takes a second to learn how to navigate the app and input events. I think adding event times could be better streamlined. I like the task and meeting category for entries and the general layout. The app seems great but I think it could be improved. I also like the idea of being able to access the calendar on a desktop and other devices.

Mac Project Planner for the rest of us Unless you have been raised on Microsoft Project, a project planning app is going to give you a huge learning curve with many of the features being overkill for all but the most dedicated user.

My first issue is that I don’t like that i have automatically sync with google. I hate that I don’t have a monthly view. The input setup is a little tedious and a little difficult to understand.

I wish i could also customize the icons that show up when you make a generic event. Sometimes the app force closes on me right after i put in an event. Chioke Aarhus, Inefficient; didn’t fulfill its purpose I’ve had this app for awhile now and wanted to finally put it to use, but overall I’d say it has too much going on without providing the most benefit. Worst yet, I don’t even recall seeing a notification for the task I planned, the service was just lackluster—I had issues creating tasks and the goal of being reminded didn’t take full effect.
