Will I have to wait it out and see if they get shut down? My next step is to delete AAM, but I was hoping someone else here has some experience.

Quick update before dozing off for the night: AAM.*.plist had a launchd call every 12600 seconds (3.5 hrs) It's been more than 3.5 hours as of this post and no recent launch of AAM. Oh PS - It looks like removing or uninstalling AAM entirely may be a bad idea. If it launches again tomorrow I'll track the process down. Any advice on where it's stored in the mean time would be helpful. Night all update Okay editing the plist is indeed the solution to preventing AAM from running like a daemon and searching for updates in the background. Best to you all! Working on a MacBook Air here, have been having a similar problem: Uninstalled all Adobe apps, cleared the hosts file for a fresh start. Installed PS CS6 offline with xforce keygen, works fine. Added a whole load of sites to the hosts file.
