I go into the store 30 min after it opened Tues. Morning, the Elite controller that was suppose to be mine was sold to a random person off the street that did not pre-order it.

I was and still am furious. EDIT After sending an email to head office of EB games, the manager of the store I pre-ordered the Elite from called me.telling me the controller would be available Friday, Oct 30 for pick up.
