I have gone through 3 headsets in the last few months because after a week or two they all stop working with my controllers. I have used the headsets on other devices and they have worked fine, but when I try to use them with my xbox controllers, no sound comes through and the mic doesnt work. My controllers arent old either, the oldest one being about 9 months old and the newest one 3 months. All the controllers are updated properly so I dont think thats the problem. Also, all of them oddly stopped working around the same time. If anyone knows anything about how I can fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
