Since Installing Mavericks on my mac pro, the keyboard shortcuts, such as zooming in/out, undo etc, intermittently do not respond. I have to click on another tool in the tool bar to get the keyboard to respond again. The problem returns intermittently and seemingly not as a result of the Auto Save function. My mac pro 15' has 8gb of ram which is more than enough for the type of work I do.I am an illustrator who primarily works around the brush tool. Have tried disabling Graphics Processor and restarting, but this does not resolve the issue.

Cycle through tools that have the same keyboard shortcut and preference setting,Use Shift Key for Tool Switch, must be enabled.

One of the little features Adobe added to is something that’s been in Photoshop for a long time, and just makes rotating objects a little easier. Rather than selecting your object and using the Rotate tool in the Tools panel, simply move your cursor to just outside the corner of your object with the Selection tool to reveal the hidden rotate icon – then just click and drag the mouse to rotate. Of course if you’re looking for a keyboard shortcut, you can always just hit the R key to select the Rotate tool without visiting the Tools panel. Either way, you can rotate multiple objects without grouping them – yet another time saver!
