Maybe if you click that 'Disable' (disabling the out-of-date Flash player), Chrome will be forced to use the gcswf32.dll. If Chrome is updating it properly, its Version should be 11.1.102.55 (with maybe commas instead of decimal points). If need be, you can just click the 'Enable' that showed up when you clicked 'Disable' to get back to where you were. Are you sure it doesn't say 'Enable' under the gcswf32.dll Location?
